Seniior QA Manager for a US based start up

We are l start up based on the US East Coast. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior QA manager who can lead a small QA team to support our production and dev platforms. Requirements:
Must have 5 years of implementing and managing a QA process.
Write and execute manual test plans
Create and run test automation scripts using Selenium / Ruby / JavaScripts
CI/CL implementation is required. - Jenkins Experience is required.
