Seeking Selenium Automation Engineer for Interview Preparation

I am looking for an experienced Selenium Automation Engineer who has worked in the industry and has experience interviewing and hiring candidates. Your primary role will be to prepare me for job interviews and provide support during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

Conduct mock interviews to simulate real interview scenarios
Provide feedback and strategies to improve my interviewing skills
Assist in crafting and refining responses to common interview questions
Offer insights into what interviewers look for in candidates
Help me understand technical concepts and frameworks related to Selenium and automation testing
Provide guidance on how to present my 10+ years of experience as a QA engineer effectively
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Selenium Automation Engineer
Experience in interviewing and hiring candidates in the IT industry
Strong knowledge of Selenium and automation testing frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
Must be able to schedule training sessions based on NYC time
Location: Remote (must accommodate NYC time for training sessions)

Compensation: Hourly or weekly rate to be discussed for interview preparation
