I'm seeking an experienced automation tester skilled in Selenium, JAVA, and Cucumber frameworks to conduct comprehensive regression testing for an application, with a focus on ensuring compatibility with Internet Explorer. The primary goal is to identify and address any regression bugs to maintain the application's performance and functionality.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and the Cucumber BDD framework
- Strong knowledge of JAVA for test scripting
- Comprehensive understanding of regression testing techniques and strategies
- Experience in testing applications on Internet Explorer
- Ability to provide simple pass/fail test results
