Need Help Organizing Software Project (Testing, Automated Tests, Agile)

Currently our team has only 3 Developers. But now we need to scale, means we need more developers. But to be ready for that, we need to make the whole development architecture ready. Means i need an expert in Architecture, Testing etc. who can tell me how to do it. Best would be a company that can also provide developers and experts in the needed areas.
