Role: -QA Team Lead
Responsibility: -
 Leading, Managing, Mentoring and Assigning the task to QA team
(Manual and Automation) of 6 members which is responsible for End-to-
End Testing activity.
 Developed Test Automation Framework from Scratch and used it
for Automating Regression and New feature tests.
 Automating Tests, Creating Page Objects, Test Case Failure of
Selenium and Rest Assured tests.
 Working on SIT and UAT Project planning like Providing
Estimates, Resource Plans based on Business requirement document
 Responsible for final sign-off on all released, ensuring QA has
met as standard which includes regrouping with Development and
Professional Services team to ensure completion of Backlog.
 Participating on Daily Standup call, Sprint planning and
Retrospective meeting and communicate the detail related to QA.
 Enforcing quality processes and methodologies across the division
and become responsible for maintaining standards throughout the SDLC.
 Working with Human Resource on end to end hiring process which
includes from reviewing and selecting resume, interviewing candidate on
required skills and finalizing for the role
