Hiring: Lead QA Automation Engineer – IVR / Contact Center (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong skills in IVR testing and Hammer automation.need to connect with one person and connect with him daily helping work

Requirements

min 5+ years of experience in IVR / Contact Center testing

Strong hands-on experience with Hammer (must-have)

Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar platforms

Manual and Automation Testing experience

API Testing (Postman / Rest Assured)

SQL for database validation

Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

Must be willing to coordinate and work closely with another team member for daily support and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Hammer automation scripts

Perform end-to-end IVR testing

Execute manual and regression testing

Validate call flows and backend data

Report and analyze defects

Support production testing and urgent issues

Connect daily with team members and provide guidance

Work independently as a QA lead

Work Details

Working Time: 5–6 hours per day (US timings)

Job Type: Freelance / Contract / Remote

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
(Can be increased based on performance)
