Developer to write MSTest Tests -- 3

I'm looking for a developer/tester to write test in the .NET test framework (MSTest). As part of your submission write a test (in code) for the case 1 + 1 = 2 in the function int Add(int a, int b). Submissions without the test code will be ignored
