Looking for DevOps Engineer as long term contractor:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementing DevOps Lifecycle
CI/CD Pipelines Management
Version Control Management (manage Git branches)
Choosing the right deployment models
Administration of development and production environments
Collaboration with Development, Product, QA and IT teams.
Automation of repetitive tasks (validation, testing)
Conduct testing protocols
Monitor critical processes
Backup Management and Disaster recovery tests.
Manage user access to dev environments and temporary access to production
Release schedule and communication
DevOps Process Documentation
Qualifications for Success:
Minimum 5 years of experience following DevOps methodology and best practices
Minimum 5 years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline design, management and monitoring
Experience working with DevOps tools and technologies
Understanding of AWS Cloud, SQL, JavaScript, Python, NodeJs, front end and Backend technologies
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code/Programmable Infrastructure
Problem solving, coordination and collaboration with other teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
