Comprehensive Medical Lab System Testing
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m preparing to roll our new medical laboratory information system into production and need a seasoned tester to give me absolute confidence before go-live. The job covers three critical areas: every piece of user-facing functionality, the accuracy and integrity of the data moving through the system, and how well the platform holds up when it is pushed to real-world volumes.
You’ll be free to design the entire test strategy—I don’t have existing scripts—so part of the engagement is creating detailed test cases and scenarios from scratch. All tests must run on both desktop browsers and mobile devices to mirror the way our staff and clinicians will actually work.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive test plan and traceability matrix
• Executable test cases covering UI, data accuracy, and load/performance
• Logs, screenshots, and recordings of each run, clearly labelled
• Consolidated defect report with severity, replication steps, and suggested fixes
• Final summary highlighting overall system health and go-live readiness
Acceptance criteria: every functional path exercised, no high-severity defects left unreported, and performance metrics captured under peak-load conditions.
