QA Automation 4-6yrs Experience

Job Description
mid-level (4-6 yrs.)


· Extensive experience with SDLC and QA methodologies, including, Functional testing, E2E testing, Automation, Compatibility testing, Regression Testing and usability testing.
· Have hands on experience on Automation tools like JMeter / Selenium Web driver.
· Have experience in building Frameworks and write scripts using Java or other programming language.
· Effective written and verbal communication.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Exposure to Agile methodology.
· Knowledge of BDD wrapper will be an added advantage.
· Proven knowledge and experience of working with Open source tools and Cloud based services including Cucumber, Gherkin, WebDriver, Jenkins, Drone, Git, Maven, SOAPUI, Java Scripting, JSON, XML Schema and Inspect.
Secondary:
· Exposure to one of the following will be an advantage: Cucumber / Robot
· Exposure to one of the following performance testing tools will be an advantage: (e.g. LoadRunner, Gatling, JMeter)
Additional:
· SVN/ GIT/Jenkins /ANT/MAVEN
· Testing analysis/design, planning and execution.
· Test management tools (e.g. JIRA / Confluence)

Job Specification
(Mandatory Skills required)
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
· Proficiency in one of the following: Java/JavaScript / Ruby/ Python
· Skills in automating Web Services (RESTful, SOAP) testing using one of the following: JMeter/ SOAP UI/ Postman/ Carina or any other tool or framework
· Skills in automating front-end testing using: Selenium Web Driver / Protractor/ Appium
