Automation framework from scratch

I need in real emergency, an automation guy able to build "a small" automation framework FROM SCRATCH.

This one should have pages, objects etc... And should also use Selenium.

The framework should:
- log in to evernote.com
- write a note
- log out
- log in again and retrieve the previously saved note

Additionally, it should cover load/endurance/stress/spike testing of weatherDB API.
- Forecast system usage of 1k users from different locations
- Develop a small performance test using jMeter or K6
- weatherDB API testing
- performance testing
- test plan

The small framework has to be built under NodeJs.

Quick realisation needed, serious project.
