Automation Framework required to carry out Visual regression testing

I am looking forward to work with someone who can deliver a test automation testing that can carry out Visual regression testing. The application should be capable enough to idenitfy and compare the website at page level to specific html source tag/id level too. I should be able to provide the % of acceptance level in resolution in the framework too. Also, I need the framework to be docker contained so I can utilise in the CI run in AWS. The framework should have the capability to carry out the test in cloud and can compare the results would be an added advantages. Kinldy let me know if you need more information.
