Appium built-in app test automation error (Real iOS device)

I'm trying to run an appium automation test on a built-in iOS app on a real device, it works well on a simulator, but when I add my real device I'm facing an error (Connection was refused to port 8100), I added all the desired capabilities but I don't understand what's missing, I want someone who's professional and knows how to work with appium so he can spot my error, I'm a beginner so I don't have much experience, and the code is very simple, I just want to open an app, but appium is not able to connect.
