Terraform provider issue-azurearm

I'm looking for an experienced Terraform specialist to build a cloud infrastructure with Azure. I have a general idea of the components needed, but I'm also open to suggestions from the specialist. The type of Terraform deployment required is Core Infrastructure. Experience in this area is important, as well as sound understanding of best practices when working in the cloud.
