Terraform Cloud Registry Automation

I need of an expert to automate publishing my already written Terraform modules to the Terraform Cloud Registry. This should be accomplished with semantic versioning using GitHub actions.
- Source Control and Access: You will be working with GitHub as it is the current version control system in use. Write access will be provided to the repository containing the Terraform modules.
- Versioning Approach: Major version updates should be the applied structure for semantic versioning.
