PagerDuty implementation in GCP Environment using Terraform

I am in need of a freelancer proficient in using both PagerDuty and Terraform. While I do have some experience with Terraform, I lack experience in PagerDuty. Therefore, anyone with expertise in both of these fields will be of significant help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable PagerDuty in our GCP environment
- Employ Terraform for the configuration of critical alert mechanisms
- Alert configuration based on guidelines given by me and also suggestions from you
- Configure the alert system to notify us only for major issues
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in using PagerDuty and Terraform
- Familiar with both GCP environment and critical alert mechanisms setting
- Good at suggesting potential alerts based on best practices
- Understanding the difference and importance of major and minor issues.
