Node JS developer with AWS Terraform Deployment knowledge

I already run a production Node.js application in AWS and every component—VPC with public / private subnets, route tables, NAT & Internet Gateways, Security Groups, ECS Fargate services behind an ALB, ECR images with task definitions and autoscaling policies, a Multi-AZ RDS Postgres instance, ElastiCache Redis, private S3 buckets with presigned-URL uploads fronted by CloudFront, Secrets Manager and SSM Parameter Store, Route 53 records, plus tightly scoped IAM roles—is declared in Terraform. The Terraform codebase is complete, but architectural changes over the past few sprints mean those scripts now lag behind what’s running.
I need a developer who is equally comfortable in Node.js and Terraform to bring the infrastructure back in sync and then own future deployments. Concretely, you will:
• Review the current Terraform modules and state against the live AWS resources.
• Refactor and extend the scripts where necessary so they capture the latest VPC layout, service definitions, and scaling requirements.
• Implement least-privilege IAM updates throughout.
• Validate the changes in a non-prod workspace, apply them cleanly, and document the workflow so I can reproduce it on demand.
A successful delivery is an updated, working Terraform stack that deploys the application end-to-end without drift warnings and a concise hand-off note explaining any new variables or module changes.
