IAM / CIAM + PKI Vault Engineer (Remote – Job Support | USA Time Zone)

About the Work:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide hands-on job support for ongoing IAM and CIAM projects.
You’ll help design, implement, and troubleshoot both Auth0-based CIAM platforms and PKI / Vault infrastructures in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
This is a remote, freelance, part-time engagement focused on practical delivery and production support.
Responsibilities:
Provide job support for daily tasks related to Auth0 CIAM and HashiCorp Vault operations.
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Auth0 / Okta / Azure AD B2C flows (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML).
Help design and maintain Vault clusters, secrets rotation, PKI integration, and automation.
Support deployment automation using Terraform / Ansible / CI-CD pipelines.
Guide on best practices for identity lifecycle, access governance, and certificate management.
Ensure compliance with modern security standards and cloud IAM policies.
Collaborate with teams across IAM, security, and infrastructure.
Required Technical Skills:
IAM / CIAM Platforms: Auth0, Okta, Azure AD B2C, ForgeRock (any).
Vault & PKI: HashiCorp Vault, PKI, certificate lifecycle, secret rotation.
Security Protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure (GCP a plus).
DevOps Tools: Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Helm, CI/CD.
Scripting: Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years in IAM / CIAM / PKI / Secrets Management.
Practical experience supporting production environments.
Prior exposure to both user identity (Auth0/Okta) and machine identity (Vault/PKI) ecosystems.
