The scope starts with a full assessment of the current environment, maps every component to the most suitable AWS service, and ends with a phased cut-over plan that keeps business-critical downtime near zero.
The solution must cover compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, disaster recovery and cost optimisation while adhering to enterprise-grade security requirements. Detailed high-level and low-level diagrams (using the official AWS icon set), a written implementation guide, and a milestone-based roadmap are required. Recommendations should address IAM roles, VPC design, multi-AZ resilience, CI/CD pipelines and any refactoring needed for stateless, horizontally scalable deployment.
