Enhance SaaS Provisioning & DRP

I run a multi-tenant SaaS on Amazon EC2 where every customer receives an isolated “ecosystem” of Docker services powered by Laravel. Terraform and Ansible already give me a head-start, yet scaling that blueprint to dozens of new tenants—or to another cloud altogether—still involves too much manual work.

What I need next is:

• Provisioning refined for true scalability. One command (or pipeline) should spin up a full ecosystem on AWS today and, with minimal change, on any major cloud tomorrow.
• Disaster-Recovery centred on data consistency. Backups must capture databases, volumes, and configuration exactly as-is and restore them at the customer’s request, any time.
• Built-in security: access controls, IP/region restrictions, strong network segmentation and least-privilege IAM roles all woven into the IaC, Domain Zone configuration and SSL Certs (let's encrypt).

Deliverables
– Updated Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks that launch a complete, scalable ecosystem per tenant.
– Automated backup & restore jobs/scripts with verification steps to prove data integrity.
– Security hardening incorporated into the codebase and documented.
– Clear README (or short video) demonstrating provisioning, backup, and recovery.
– A couple of practical examples—case studies or anonymised references—showing similar work you have delivered for real companies.
- Complete operational documentation required.
