Azure Security Management & Training
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I’m looking for a seasoned Azure consultant to jump into our tenant, tighten security, and then walk my team through everything in a practical, hands-on format. The immediate focus is Security Management—specifically Identity and Access Management and Threat Protection.
Here’s what I need:
• Review our existing subscriptions and resource groups, surface any risky configurations, and implement best-practice controls for IAM (role-based access, conditional access, MFA enforcement, privileged identity management).
• Configure and fine-tune Azure-native threat-protection tools such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Security Center policies, and relevant Azure Monitor alerts so we have actionable, real-time visibility.
• Document the changes you make directly in the portal or Git-backed templates so we have an auditable trail.
Training component
Once the environment is in shape, run an interactive workshop (remote is fine) that lets my admins follow along in our own tenant. Plan on covering:
1. Why each security change was required
2. How to maintain and extend the IAM policies
3. How to interpret and respond to Defender alerts
Acceptance is simple: security settings are live and verified in the portal, workshop is delivered, and my team can demonstrate the tasks unassisted.
If you’re confident with Azure AD, Defender, ARM/Bicep or Terraform templating, and have a knack for teaching, let’s set up a quick call.
