Azure Deployment for Node.js

I have a Node.js webservice ready to go and now need it running reliably on Microsoft Azure. The code is finished; what’s missing is a straightforward deployment and basic configuration.

Scope
• Deploy the existing Node.js project to an Azure Web App (or similar Azure service you recommend).
• Configure required environment variables so the service boots without hard-coded secrets.
• Provide a concise, repeatable deployment script or set of Azure CLI / ARM / Terraform commands so I can redeploy or scale later.

Acceptance
The webservice should respond to a simple health-check endpoint after deployment, and I should receive:
1. URL of the live service.
2. Steps or script used, with brief inline comments.
3. Quick note on how to update environment variables in the future.

Nice to have (not essential in this phase): guidance on attaching a custom domain or adding an SSL certificate—feel free to flag if that’s something we can expand to later.
