Alicloud Event Microsite Infrastructure Setup

Job ID: 40501843

Budget: $30 – $250 SGD

I’m rolling out an event-focused microsite that will be hosted in Alibaba Cloud’s Hong Kong region. Traffic forecasts sit at about 7,000 concurrent guests, so I need an infrastructure plan—and the hands-on build—to keep everything fast and stable.

Core requirements
• Compute: size and configure ECS instances (Hong Kong zone) that comfortably handle the peak load.
• Scalability: front the instances with Server Load Balancer, tuned for session persistence and HTTPS termination.
• Features: the site will collect sign-ups through a simple registration form; no user authentication layer is required beyond basic form submission security.
• Availability & observability: autoscaling rules, CloudMonitor dashboards/alerts, and a rollout script or Terraform template I can reuse.
• Security: standard VPC, security groups, and WAF recommendations appropriate for an event microsite.

Acceptance criteria
1. A working stack reachable at a temporary sub-domain, proven to sustain 7,000 simulated concurrent users without errors.
2. Clear deployment documentation and IaC assets (Terraform or Alibaba Cloud templates).
3. Handover call to walk me through scaling and rollback steps.

If you’re comfortable orchestrating Alibaba Cloud, ECS, SLB, and the usual CDN/WAF layers for high-traffic events, I’d love your help bringing this live.
