Advanced Terraform DevOps for Azure

I'm in need of a DevOps expert with advanced Terraform skills to help implement a project into Azure. Specific Azure services to be utilized are yet to be determined, but could include Virtual Machines, App Services, or Storage Accounts.
Successful candidates should be prepared to display:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Terraform
- A robust understanding of Azure and its various services
- The capacity to develop detailed project proposals with a clear roadmap and timeline.
