AWS Optimization & Support

I’m looking for an AWS expert who can walk me through, in plain language, the why as well as the how behind every decision we make on my cloud stack. The focus is a deep-dive optimisation of the workloads I’m running on EC2, RDS and S3, but I also need a clear, detailed explanation of the support activities you carry out so I can maintain and scale confidently long after the engagement ends.

Right now my EC2 fleet is showing performance bottlenecks, so performance tuning is priority one: instance sizing, EBS throughput, placement groups, autoscaling policies—the full tune-up. In parallel, I want each RDS engine and S3 bucket reviewed for best-practice configuration, cost efficiency and resilience.

Deliverables
• A written diagnostic report covering EC2, RDS and S3 with specific performance metrics, issues found and recommended fixes
• A step-by-step optimisation plan we can implement together, including any Terraform/IaC or CLI scripts required
• Two live screen-share sessions (recorded) where you implement the key changes while explaining each action in detail
• Post-implementation checklist and monitoring guidelines so I can keep everything running smoothly

I already have full IAM access to the environments; you’ll be granted temporary least-privilege credentials once we kick off. If you’re confident with AWS CloudWatch, Trusted Advisor, and any performance-profiling tools of your choice, let’s get started.
