tensorflow 2.0

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist me with a project involving tensorflow 2.0. The goal of this project is to create whitebox cartoonisation, which will require expertise in the area of image classification, natural language processing and object detection. I already have some potential sources for the necessary dataset, but depending on the freelancer’s abilities, additional data sources may be needed.
