Train a custom TensorFlow object detection model for a Flutter project

We need an ML model in .tflite format to integrate into our existing Flutter app.
The model should detect just one class. The resolution of the input image is above 1920x1080. AP (average precision) of the model has to be above 0.8. The problem is that the object itself is relatively small, it represents a corner of an A4 paper, 7x7 mm.
Ideally, you should build a simple Flutter demo, to demonstrate the model's usability, using Flutter's camera package and some of the popular tflite packages from pub.dev (flutter_tflite, tensorflutt etc.).
