Make recommendation on ongoing Object detection project.

Looking for an expert in Tensorflow object detection, object tracking, image classification.... to make recommendation and help fix any bugs in ongoing project.

We are looking for someone that can speak English and take the time to explain how to address the issues (patient).
We are not looking for someone to write some code for us then walk away.
