Keras object detection algorithm

I am currently working with histological images to quantify neurons. I have made a dataset of 400 images of human neurons with their corresponding labels generated by labelimg and saved in .xml format. I would like to create a simple AI algorithm so that the pre-trained model can identify these neurons.
Then, once the model is trained, it has to identify these neurons in the images.
