Image completion using GAN

If you have appility to perform this task with me :
I need to build GAN project.. it is input is : ? masked face ( medical mask) image and the out put should be full face image ? without mask .. i need it to be accurate because then we need to do face recognition based on the full face image ..
Important notice :
1- the code will be based on research paper ..
2- I want to use the code on Pycharm platform not google colabs ..
3- i need the code to be done using tensorflow not pytorch ..
4- i need to get accuracy of the result and plot a graph for training and testing
I am using many datasets but for you i will ask for only CASIA_WebFace dataset for training and testing .. Also, LFW for Validation
