AI Image & 3D Object Generator

I am seeking a developer to create a small AI Image Generator that can create variations of existing images and a Small 3D Object Generator for custom character models then write a small automated script in Blender.
AI Image Generator:
- Create variations of existing images, specifically focused on facial recognition
- Alter images in terms of color, style, and size

When we are done you are to deliver the following:
A Small Custom AI Image Generator that be used on Windows
A Small Custom 3D Object Generator that be used on Windows
A Small automated script for Blender
What graphics card you used
What amount of Ram you used
What CPU you had
Proof that the solutions work
When we are done can keep a copy of the deliverables as should be good for development purposes
Budget is $100
Originally this task was due it has not been completed as other freelancers abandoned this task I'm not happy that I'm forced to post this task here. Either the task is completed or no one gets paid unfortunately these are the rules I can't offer full time either.
Before we begin you are also required to agree in chat we can both use the project deliverables however I choose period entirely fair and you the same. I don't like this but has to be done.

Ideal candidates for this project should have experience with AI development, image processing, and 3D modeling. A strong understanding of facial recognition technology will be advantageous. Please include relevant samples of your work in your bid.
