We regularly receive real estate reports in Spanish to translate.
We do the translations internally. However we need an expert to convert the PDF files (40 to 100 pages) to fully editable, identically formatted Word files. About 90% of the document is editable in PDF so the best method is to open the PDF in Microsoft Word and then use a tool such as Abbyy Reader in order to extract and insert those texts which come out messy in the Word file.
It's easier to do than to explain.
Applicants must have experience with OCR and ideally a licence for one of these tools like Abbyy Reader. They must work fast and be reliable to work carefully and not mess up the target document.
It is an easy job for experts in OCR and document conversion. And there are several of these documents every month.
We will send a sample file to applicants and then agree on a fixed price for these documents.
