AI Scoring System for Athlete Insights: Brand Compatibility, Commitment Intelligence & Health Score

Project Overview:
We're seeking a skilled AI/ML developer (or team) to build a custom scoring system tailored for our SaaS platform, which supports athletes, brands, agencies, and schools. This system will generate three key scores for each athlete profile:

Brand Compatibility Score – Measures how well an athlete aligns with different brands based on factors such as personal values, social media presence, audience demographics, and public persona.

Commitment Intelligence Score – Predicts the likelihood that an athlete will commit to a college program, sign with a brand, or join a sports agency. This score will leverage behavioral data, interaction history, expressed interests, and engagement patterns.

Health Score – Evaluates the overall activity, engagement, and reliability of an athlete's profile, including signs of churn risk, account inactivity, or disengagement from the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design machine learning models or rules-based systems for calculating each of the three scores.

Identify and integrate relevant data sources (e.g., social data, engagement metrics, historical commitments, profile activity).

Build a backend system to generate and periodically update the scores.

Ensure transparency, scalability, and accuracy in score computation.

Deliver technical documentation and (optionally) a basic dashboard or API for accessing the scores.

Preferred Experience:

Strong background in data science, predictive modeling, and behavioral analytics.

Experience in sports tech, athlete performance analysis, or marketing AI systems is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience building API-driven systems or embedding intelligence into SaaS dashboards.

Deliverables:

A fully functional AI scoring system with support for the three score types.

Well-documented code and scoring methodology.

(Optional) A simple front-end interface or API output for internal use.
