- Mapping of Specific Fields: Sender's name, Recipient's name along with 11 additional fields. Respective field names from the CRM as well as the DocuSign document are readily available for integration.
- Document Sending: The established workflow should ensure a successful send-out of one specific document.
- Capturing and Utilizing SignLink URL: After sending the document envelope, the signnow URL needs to be captured. This URL is to be used to copy into a text message.
