Create template in Number and Page (apple).

I am in need of a person to make template for me. I use Ipad so it has to be done in Numbers and Page.
First is template in Numers that is a pay calculation for my payslips You can´t use exel I have made a simple version of it is and it is following I need to be able to put name and adress in it and keep it there for next month You also have to teach me how to convert into print version in a4
Second is mate in page and is work and maintens record that should be on file that I print and I print it on both sides
Tirdh is make a letter head template in page
There might be one more not sure of it now.
You have to ad on those template my company logo that I will provide you with
