In-App Capcut Template Creation -- 2

I am looking for someone to design AN IN-APP ACCESSIBLE BY ALL USERS capcut template for my Tiktok account.
I have a specific design and vision in mind, and need a CapCut creator program member with the skill and expertise to create a reusable capcut template, that can be accessed through the capcut app and tiktok and users can use for future videos.
The template description is this: I have created a trend where people write the lyrics on top of a photo / video exactly like on this tiktok:

I want the Capcut template to allow users to put any video or photo on the background, and the template puts the lyrics on top of them, just like on the TikTok I sent above.
the lyrics need to be hand drawn like on the TikToks and should be in sync with the song. I will provide the handwriting with a blank background in the attachments.
