Bilingual Phone Support Representative Needed

I’m looking for a reliable representative to become the first point of contact for my customers over the phone. Your core duty will be answering incoming calls and quickly resolving or escalating each inquiry, always maintaining a warm, professional tone. In addition to phone work, I’ll occasionally have you reply to straightforward email inquiries so every customer receives a timely answer, no matter the channel they choose.

Fluency in both English and Telugu is essential because a sizeable portion of my callers switch between the two languages. If you also speak other languages, that’s great, but not required.

To succeed, you should already feel comfortable with basic call-handling software or VOIP tools, and have a dependable headset and quiet workspace. I’ll provide a brief knowledge-base and scenario scripts; you’ll use your own judgment to adapt them in live conversations.

Deliverables I will measure:
• Real-time phone coverage during the agreed schedule, with calls answered within three rings
• Accurate call notes logged immediately after each interaction
• Prompt, correctly formatted email replies for any assigned inbox inquiries
