Phone number activity list

Needs help with checking the activity of about 7,000 landline phone numbers. All the numbers are Polish. It's not a matter of validation, but to see if there is a signal when calling the number or if someone will answer the phone. This can be done manually by calling all of the numbers. However, if you know another possibility that gives the same results, you are also welcome to cooperate.
