Lead generation and cold calling

I am a business broker in Florida and need a person (fluent and understandable English/Spanish a plus) to make cold calls on my behalf. I have scripts and lists prepared and want to work with this person to tailor the calls to get the best results. This project has a until completed timeline and may turn out to be ongoing if satisfied.
