We’re looking for a Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) energetic and self-motivated person to lead the position of Acquisitions in Florida (USA).

$5,000.00 Flat Fee for Closed On.
The acquisitions closed around 1 to 2 deals in 2 months.

You will oversee the acquisitions in a specific part of the territory. Your daily tasks will include finding, evaluating, analyzing, and closing real estate investment deals under a savy investor buying criteria. As acquisitions specialist you will negotiate and finalize the purchasing of our real estate investments.
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Money-motivated, continuously persevering even after meeting sales goal(s)
• Must be proactive about problem-solving
• Quick learner and quick to think
• Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
Responsibilities:
• Call interested homeowners to discuss their properties while building rapport and establishing trust.
• Analyzing properties for proper offers, and negotiating contract prices
• Anticipate and overcome homeowner's objections
• Find and create win-win deals for homeowners and the company
• Upload notes and pictures from appointments to CRM
• Preform follow-up calls to homeowners
• Get contracts signed and close deals
