Looking for women in India, with mobile phone, unlimited calls and wifi or internet, wfh, to recruit.
Please only bid if you can start at 1130am Aug 4th, you have a mobile with interenet and a laptop or desktop. Need both for this job.
Payment: rs.80 per contact made ...bid if ready for these terms and can start onAug 3rd 3 hours a day. This payment will be released every 3-4 days via freelancer
The calls are to candidates who have uploaded their CV (resume), seeking new jobs and if they match job keywords, experience and slary/ remuneration expenses. (no cold calls)
Need to make 8 to 12 calls a day. Its for recruitment. Will be calling candidates who have uploaded resume. Need to e-sign nda, as resumes are personal data, not to be shared or sold to anyone.
If a candidate you refer joins (you will have their details plus need to trust us) we will pay a percentage of their CTC after 5 months when the company pays us. We will pay you via freelancer again. Takes so long as candidate needs to serve notice period in current company, then join, work for atleast 3 months before the company pays us.
