Experienced Customer Service Representative

In this role, I am seeking an individual capable of delivering top-notch customer service. The main responsibilities will include:
- Making reminder phone calls
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Preparing shipping labels
- Able to work EST between noon to 7pm
The ideal candidate is expected to work 6 hours per day between 12pm (noon) to 7pm EST and should have an intermediate to expert.level of experience in a customer service role. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer complaints promptly and effectively. Experience in handling shipping logistics will be advantageous.
