We are hiring a motivated Phone Appointment Setter / Sales VA to work with warm leads and earn $200 USD per customer who signs up.

This is NOT hourly and NOT pay-per-booking.
You earn ONLY when a customer buys after the appointment.

If you are confident on the phone and want uncapped earnings, this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Call leads we already have

Qualify prospects quickly

Book appointments with our team

Help move prospects toward a buying decision

What You Get:

Warm leads (no lead scraping or prospecting)

Simple offer that converts

$200 USD commission per sale

Unlimited earning potential

Important Notes (Please Read):

No commission for booked calls only

Commission is paid only after a customer signs up

This role rewards performance, not hours

Requirements:

Strong spoken English

Comfortable making calls

Sales or appointment setting experience

Self-motivated and reliable
