telemarketer for real estate cold calling
Budget: $3 – $6 NZD
I am looking for a telemarketer who can assist me with real estate cold calling.
Targeting a specific geographic location:
- The ideal candidate should be able to target a specific geographic location as per my requirements.
Script preparation:
- I already have a script prepared for the telemarketer, which they will need to follow during the calls.
Expected working hours:
- I expect the telemarketer to work at least 15 hours per week. Each day 3 hours but if telemarketers wants more hours let me know.
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills are a must.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, especially in the real estate industry, would be preferred but not mandatory.
- The ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude during calls is essential.
