I am looking for a skilled telemarketer with experience in outbound cold-calling who can help me reach my goals. The job will involve using provided scripts to make calls, engage in conversations and determine what the needs of potential customers are.
The expected duration of each call is 30 to 60 seconds and the successful candidate should be proficient in both speaking and listening. You will need to be familiar with the products/services that are being offered and be capable of providing accurate information in response to customer inquiries.
In addition to having excellent communication skills, you should also possess strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. An understanding of sales principles and approaches would be beneficial, as would an ability to think quickly and remain composed under pressure.
