In and outbound tele marketing sales cold call

we are looking for someone who is professional and will lead our property investment company into the next level with our inbound and outbound bound sale calls. You will have to compile a list of telephone numbers and add the to our CRM (Podio). We are looking for people who are liking to invest in property or are looking to sell their property for quick cash sale. You will be provided with access to a telephone company dialing system and CRM and must have a good internet access and connection. You will be required to book appointment to qualify these callers. Must be able to over come objection and empthise with the caller. Good spoken English language is required. Must be able to work a 2 hrs per day 5 days out of 7.
