I am looking for a sales person

We are a Newborn Photography studio, we have enquiries and referrals coming through but don't seem to be converting them in to a booked shoot. We have an amazing set up/studio, we have fantastic reviews on google, we have 54k followers on facebook but I am going wrong somewhere. I really feel that someone would be better at converting than me. It was just a thought I had of someone must be better at this than me and maybe I need that bit of help.
