hiring a commission based cold caller for lead closure

I am looking to hire a commission-based cold caller to assist me with lead closure in the taxation industry.
Industry Target: Taxation
- Knowledge and understanding of the taxation industry is essential for this role.
Target Audience: Individual Consumers
- The ideal candidate should have experience in cold calling individual consumers and be able to effectively communicate and build rapport with them.
Desired Outcome: Closure
- The main goal of the cold calls is to close leads, whether it be through setting appointments, direct sales, or collecting information.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in cold calling and lead closure is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
