I am looking for a professional who can assist me in generating leads through cold calling homeowners with the purpose of converting them into leads that are interested in selling their home to us. The calling dialer and calling lists will be provided. Compensation is 100% commission based, paying $750 USD for every lead that turns into a sale. This job ongoing.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Strong English speaking capability
- Ability to follow a script (script is ready)
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
Project Scope:
- The project requires calling roughly 100 homeowners daily, so a dedicated and committed individual is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be able to effectively manage their time and make a substantial number of calls on a daily basis.
- The script provided should be followed accurately to ensure consistency in the calls and maximize lead generation.
