Looking for a freelancer to help me set up a call center for my customer service needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in setting up and managing small-scale call centers.
Purpose: The call center will primarily handle customer service inquiries.
Call volume: We expect to receive less than 50 calls per day.
Staffing: We want to staff the call center with 1-5 agents.
